What do you mean when you say hand crafted?

When we say our dice are handcrafted, we mean that every part of the process is done manually by us. We measure, pour, and polish each die by hand to ensure quality and consistency. On average, it takes 6-8 hours to complete a single set from start to finish, as we focus on each step to create dice that look great and work perfectly for gaming.

Why do some dice look different in certain pictures?

Due to differences in lighting and the device or screen on which the images are viewed, the colors and details of our dice may appear slightly different in person. Additionally, because each set of dice is handcrafted, no two are exactly alike, making each piece truly unique. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the charm and individuality of our products.

Why do you include 2d20s in your Signature Sets

We include 2 d20s in our signature sets because, in our own gaming experiences, there have always been moments when having a second d20 comes in handy. Whether it’s for advantage rolls, disadvantage rolls, or just speeding up gameplay, an extra d20 is always useful at the table. It’s our way of making sure you’re ready for whatever the game throws at you!

How long will I need to wait for my order? 

Processing an order typically takes 1-3 business days as we carefully prepare your items for shipping. Once your order is shipped, the arrival time will depend on the shipping method you select during checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can stay updated on its progress.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our dice, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you encounter any problems with your order, such as defects or errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We'll do our best to work with you to find a solution, whether that means repairing or replacing the item where possible.
