Due to the handcrafted nature of our dice, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you encounter any problems with your order, such as defects or errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We'll do our best to work with you to find a solution, whether that means repairing or replacing the item where possible.
